On these days, the Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI - Styrelsen for International Rekruttering og Integration) will be closed.
In January, the Ministry of Immigration and Integration - including SIRI - introduced a new case management system. Unfortunately, this will cause some inconvenience.
- SIRI's call center and the citizen centers will be closed during the period from 20 January 2020 to 22 January 2020. it will not be possible to book time with SIRI and submit applications, obtain biometrics or have travel permits issued. The reason for this is that during the period we cannot access the cases in our case management system.
- It will not be possible to use SIRI's online application forms and "My Page" (Min Side) at nyidanmark.dk during the period from Friday 17 January at 12:00 to Thursday, January 23, 2020 at 14:00.
- It will be possible to write to SIRI throughout the period here.
Exceptions may apply to applicants who, for example; applicants who apply for an extension, applicants who have applied online and must take biometrics before 14 days as well as visa-free applicants who must submit their application before the end of their 90 day visa-free stay in Denmark.
